How do I reserve the Contreras Lounge (Room 131), the Pub, or the Contreras Terrace?
Reservations for The Pub, the Contreras Terrace (outdoor space) and the Contreras Lounge (Blume Library Room 131) are all made through an online form in Rattler Tracks at https://stmarytx.campuslabs.com/engage/submitter/form/start/314535. When one starts a "New Submission" it first appears that one is making a reservation for The Pub, but there is a "Location" field with a drop down menu that allows one to select the other two locations, as well. Reservations for these spaces are non-exclusive, meaning that any member of the St. Mary’s community is allowed to use the space during one's event. Also, "the Lounge can't be reserved for class type events." Theoretically, one can find this information through Gateway, but one would need to know that RattlerTracks isn't ONLY a co-curricular transcript site and a place to register for student events, but that it's also the place to reserve The Pub and the Contreras spaces! There is a link to forms (https://stmarytx.campuslabs.com/engage/forms) once one is logged into RattlerTracks. The top form links to the Pub Reservation Form.
