I'm off-campus. When I try to get into a database, I get a screen that reads "File missing: docs\suspend.htm". What do I do?

The EZ Proxy server has a maximum limit (approximately 1,000) on the number of items that can be downloaded. Once that limit is reached, the message "File missing: docs\suspend.htm" will appear. If you see this message, wait an hour or two to access the databases. After that time, you should then be able to search and download more items.
