What does it mean when I try to login to EZ Proxy and I get the message "File Missing: docs/suspend.htm"?
The "File Missing: docs/suspend.htm" is the message that off-campus users get when they have downloaded too many records or data in too short a time. The proxy server suspends their service temporarily to keep the vendors from shutting off our service for everyone.
The limit is pretty high, so it generally takes quite a bit of downloading to hit it.
The suspension should clear itself in an hour or so and you should be able to access the databases again after that.
